Our vision for SEND at The Hub is to create a community space which is welcoming and supportive of families with SEND needs. For those who have been through the diagnosis pathway and those starting out on the journey.

  Providing valuable and vital support to families when they can be and feel at their most vulnerable. 

  By offering this support in our community and working alongside other professionals, we will be creating a village of nurture for the families we support.
